Labors of Love Podcast hosted by Hafeeza Ture. This evening I have the privilege of speaking with Jeaonna Hodges, founder and owner of Divin Geri Endijén. Jeaonna is a Home Birth Midwife, Certified Birth Doula, and Certified Lactation Counselor.

She has been assisting in bringing babies earth-side since she can remember. In her adult career Jeaonna has attended 905 births. Her goals are as follows:

---Providing safe out of hospital birth options.

---Decreasing Black Maternal and Infant mortality.

---Educate black birthing persons on their rights as a patient.

---Advocacy

---Education around postpartum depression
